Hi, everyone! Well, I need some explanation concerning eligibility of this event. To be more precise, I want to know if players from Europe can join? Its hard for me to understand this part of official rules: If I understand this correctly, its open for everyone,right? _______________ |

last Europe contest i remember was Combat Arms :/ don't think they want to pay that little extra to send us the prizes
